FREE EBOOK and an Update from Terry Trussell about His Upcoming Trial

FREE EBOOK ABOUT TERRY'S TRIAL

In my book, Consent of the Governed -- The People's Guide to Holding Government Accountable, I include several chapters that discuss the case of Terry Trussell, the Grand Jury Foreman Whistleblower who is now the target of government retaliation.

During the summer of 2014 I was introduced to what was happening in Dixie County, FL while conducting research on government accountability, the Fifth Amendment and the Grand Jury.  Since that time, I've written extensively, conducted numerous interviews and published a book accumulating my extensive research.

Terry's trial is coming up, currently set for June 6, 2016, and I feel it is imperative that the facts of what occurred in Dixie County are made public.  Personally, based on what I've witnessed thus far, I'm not sure he will be given a fair trial.  The opening chapter of my book will tell you all you need to know about he has been treated.

For a limited time, I'm making several chapters of my book available as a FREE DOWNLOAD.

Chapters in this limited edition Ebook, include:

  • Prologue to Injustice
  • We Were Never Meant to Live Like This
  • Does the Supreme Court Support an Independent Grand Jury?
  • A Case Study in Courage: The People of Dixie County Take a Stand
  • Answers to the 10 Most Important Questions about the Grand Jury

I guarantee you’ll be surprised at what my research has surfaced.

On May 3, 2016, I attended a Pre-Trial Hearing in Courtroom A of the Dixie County Courthouse.  There were a number of motions made and denied and from what I understand, there are many more to come.

Update from Terry Trussell

Since I've been the only one requesting media access to record in the courtroom, Judge Hankinson found it necessary, as opposed to just emailing me with this information, to make a show of superiority by demanding I stop recording and step forward.  He then proceeded to tell me that I would not be given access to the courtroom for recording while the jury is being selected.  Again, he could have easily just had his assistant, with whom I've been communicating all along, send me an email with the upcoming restrictions.
